it is 388D-1, but treated with some special chemicals.
don't worry, you can use it in competition.
the logo is still Dawei 388D-1

剛買了新板 Dr. Neubauer Bull Dog 配双魚 1615 ox 直板正手, 反手狂颼3, 很颼, 很邪, 反旋好, 可進攻, 配合這板的功能, 防守回球速度慢, 進攻速度快, 但双魚 1615 ox 配其它板可能效果不同, 定要試板.
