The ISP problem had been going on for sometimes on my PC and Mobile Phone as the response time was very slow (as previously complained )before it denied my access a few days ago .

HK Hosting replied too many unusual traffic from foreign visitors to invade our forum server. Server automatic start the protection and blocked some foreign IP. Now already relased all IP.
