there are two places accept foreign immigrant
1, singapore,
2, taiwan
you need to have decent English and skill level if you want to migrate to singapore... life is good there, but it is hot.
taiwan unemployment rate is high and their salary level is lower than HK and singapore..
the weather and life is good there.. people are good as well...
